Excellent hotel with wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a laundry service. On my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass. I recommend enjoying the bar/lounge area too! I’m coming back for Christmas.

the breakfast was just limited, and some staff acted like they were rushing me out. if you want four-star treatment, don’t expect comfy pillows that’ve definitely seen better days. also, if i can't expect a welcome gift, what’s the point of being a guest? i was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

We spent 2 nights in a lovely family room that offered tons of space for our kids, and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly extensive with fresh options! However, the housekeeping could use some improvement, as we noticed a few things not quite right. Despite that, I would definitely return!
